  • The founders of CareerDash have trained over 1,000 new sales professionals.  They have a combined 30+ years in sales management and have operated two successful sales training companies.

  • Getting a good sales development role requires a combination of knowledge, skills and contacts.  Today’s Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are notorious for rejecting qualified candidates.  The purpose of our advocacy is to help you get past the ATS and to secure an interview.

  • Once you pass the exam, you will receive an official certificate that you can reference on your resume and LinkedIn profile.  Once you have notified us that you have completed your job search preparations (resume, LinkedIn profile and interview prep), we will begin advocating for you.

  • CareerDash Inc., a Delaware Company, will provide the following services to the customer under the terms stated below.

    Exam and Advocacy:

    CareerDash will administer a certification test to the customer to determine if the customer is qualified to interview for various Sales Development roles including but not limited to Business Development Representative and Sales Development Representative.  

    The exam will be administered in one hour or less and results of the exam will be shared with the customer within two business days.

    The customer is purchasing one opportunity to take the exam.  If the customer does not pass the exam or is deemed to have violated the integrity rules, they will have the opportunity to purchase a re-take exam to be taken no less than twenty-one days after the original exam.

    The customer is fully responsible for preparing for the exam and CareerDash is not responsible for ensuring that the customer is prepared.

    The exam will require the use of a laptop computer, smart phone or tablet that has access to the internet and that is compatible with Zoom web conferencing application.

    The customer understands that violation of the integrity rules will result in a failure for the exam with no refunds.

    The customer understands that the integrity rules are as follows.  The customer cannot use notes, access computer files or web content or consult with another person during the exam.  If the proctor sees behavior that indicates that one or more of these activities are occurring, the customer will be warned about the observed behavior.  Any infractions after two warnings will result in disqualification and a failure on the exam with no refund.

    The customer agrees that they will not share any content of the exam with any person or on any forum.  Doing so may result in a civil lawsuit against the customer for damages not less than $100,000.

    CareerDash does not guarantee that passing the exam will result in a successful job search or job interviews.  CareerDash will advocate for the customers to help them secure job interviews as specified below once the customer has passed the exam and completed his/her obligations as specified below

    Customers may reschedule their exam an unlimited number of times if the rescheduling is done at least three business days before the scheduled exam time. However, for exams scheduled within the next three business days, customers are allowed only one rescheduling opportunity.  


    Customers that do not show up for their scheduled exam will be determined to have failed the exam and they will not be entitled to a refund.

    Refunds:

    100%: If customer has not scheduled or taken an exam, customer can request a 100% refund within 14 days of purchasing this service.

    50%: If customer has not scheduled or taken an exam, customer can request a 50% refund after 14 days.

    Automatic 50% Refund:  After 90 days, customer may automatically receive a 50% refund if they have not taken the exam or attempted to reschedule more than one time within three business day of a scheduled exam.

    Advocacy:

    Customers that pass the exam and who complete their responsibilities will be entitled to advocacy.  The advocacy service will include the following:

    Role Specific Advocacy:  Once customer has fulfilled their responsibilities, CareerDash will attempt to engage contacts at up to five companies to advocate for the customer for the roles for which they have applied.  Advocacy must be requested within 60 days of the date certification was obtained.

    Broad Customer Advocacy:Once customer has fulfilled their responsibilities, CareerDash will promote the customer to its network.

    Broad Certification Advocacy:CareerDash will actively promote the value of the SDS Certificate to create hiring demand for certified customers.

    Customer Responsibilities:Customer bears the primary responsibility of securing a job and CareerDash’s role is to supplement the customer’s efforts.  CareerDash does not guarantee that either the certificate or the CareerDash advocacy will result in the customer securing a job.  Customer responsibilities include:

    Preparation:  Customer must update his/her resume and LinkedIn profile prior to requesting CareerDash advocacy following best practice guidelines.   They must follow the recommended steps to prepare for interviews and practice interviewing with mentors or AI agents prior to requesting advocacy.

    Application:  Customer must formally apply for jobs for which they are requesting role specific advocacy.  They must share the job description and proof that they has applied (screenshot of application screen is sufficient).

    Hiring Contact:  Customer must identify at least one contact that will be part of the selection process for the position for which they are seeking role specific advocacy.  This should be either a recruiter, an HR manager or a sales manager.  Customer must obtain and share a link to the contacts' LinkedIn profile.

    Training Materials (If applicable)

    Scope of Materials:  If the customer purchase includes training materials, CareerDash will provide access to AI chat prompts.  The customer will be required subscribe to ChatGPT Plus in order to use the training GPTs.

    Limited Use:  The customer is granted a limited use of these materials and cannot share them with any other users.    These materials must not be used to train other people.  Sharing these materials with any other person may result in a civil lawsuit.

    This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.  If any disputes arise, both parties agree to use binding arbitration or mediation to resolve issues.  CareerDash will have the choice.

    Limited Liability:  In no event will CareerDash incur a liability to the customer greater than five times the fees paid by the customer.

    If any portion of this agreement is determined to be unenforceable, that portion will be considered void, but the rest of the agreement will remain in effect.
